Developer Rebate Scheme

Would you like to gain points as defined in 'The Code for Sustainable Homes' by enabling home owners to understand and operate their home more efficiently?

3.1 million people work from home, there are over 2 million part time tele-workers and over 40% of UK businesses being home-based - incorporating Systemline HomeNet into your build will give you a head start from your competitors. The simple inclusion of the Systemline HomeNet enclosure, provides a gateway to home automation, linking incoming services such as phone, broadband, terrestrial, satellite and cable TV. By joining our 'Developer Rebate Scheme' you can save money too.

Participation is easy. Complete and submit a 'Builder Participation Agreement' committing to a minimum of 25 Homes and we will contact you.

Once you have specified the Systemline HomeNet enclosure into your New Build Development and completed installation of the Systemline HomeNet Enclosures all you need to do is submit the 'Developers Rebate Claim Form'.

Armour Home will pay a rebate of £10 per House and £5 per apartment when a minimum of 25 HomeNet Cabinets are purchased and installed into a registered development within 12 months of purchase.

The rebate will become payable following installation of all 25 HomeNet Cabinets into the registered development.

All orders are to be placed through an approved Systemline Install Partner.

The rebate will be claimed by and paid to the Developer.
